What are the biggest differences between each version?

 v.1  The original version has a simplified design with perfect binding.  Each day has two pages, one for journaling your coping skills and other notes and the other for basic mood tracking.


v.2  Version two is an upgrade from the first version, including o-wire binding, which allows you to lie your open book flat.


v.3  The newest design has a modern feel and includes o-wire binding. Each day's journaling page includes a place for self-care, coping skills, and gratitude. The book cover is also discreet.
